Autumn Clergy Collection: Thanks to all who contributed a further €850 to this collection last weekend bringing the total so far to €43,710. The 2024 target for Tipperary Parish is €103,000. Further contributions will be very much appreciated. All cheques must be made payable to St. Michael’s Church.

Tipperary Parish Mission: “Come and See” – A New Beginning. Sunday 22nd to Friday 27th Sept.
The preparation is nearly done and we are ready to begin our Parish Mission with a Camino Walk at Tipperary Hills starting at the Pitch & Putt Carpark at 2.30pm on Sunday. The Mission has two event each day – Mass at 10.15am and Mission Ceremony at 7.30pm. Each day will be different and have a specially chosen theme. Take a brochure from the church if you have not got one already. On Monday next 23rd we will be praying for Healing and a box is left at the back of the church if you wish to place your prayer and petitions for healing to be included at the mission service that night.
Sacrament of Confirmation: Children from St. Michael’s Parish will celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation on Saturday 22nd March 2025.
Parish Lotto Result: 19th September; – No Jackpot winner. Congratulations to the €50 Lucky Dip winner. The Jackpot now stands at €4,625. To join go to stmichaelsparishtipperary.ie and press Lotto.
Bus to Knock: Annual Legion of Mary Pilgrimage to Knock next Sunday, September 29th. Bus leaving Tipp Town Plaza at 7.30am with stops in Monard, Oola, Pallasgreen and Boher. Cost €35. The day also coincides with the visit of St. Bernadettes relics to Knock. To book contact Eileen Fraher on 087 2454697.
Coffee Morning & Raffle for Hospice: at CJ Kickham Band Hall, Davis St, Tipperary Town on Thursday 26th September from 10am to 1pm. All donations to your local South Tipperary Hospice.
Munster Day Retreat: One-day retreat for young adults 16 to 35 years in Thurles MIC, on Sat the 5th of Oct from 9 to 6pm. Donation only and food supplied. Archbishop Kieran O’Reilly will celebrate mass at 12 noon and there will be talks during the day. All welcome.
