Annual Remembrance Mass: The Annual Remembrance Mass will be celebrated in St. Michael’s Church next Tuesday Nov 18th at 7.00pm. All are invited to attend, especially those who have been bereaved in the past 12 months. This mass is organised by St. Michael’s Bereavement Support Group.

The Rosary: will be recited every Sunday for the month of November in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Newchurch Graveyard, Greenane & St. John’s Famine Graveyard, Tipperary Hills @ 3.30pm.  All are welcome.

Holy Souls: The Faithful Departed will be remembered at all masses during the month of November. Envelopes still available at the back of the church if you wish to include the names of your loved ones on the November list of the dead. The November Cross is lighting on the sanctuary and names can also be placed on the ‘Tree of Remembrance’ at the rear of the sanctuary.

‘Why Sunday Matters’: We continue with our 3rd reflection on ‘Why Sunday Matters’ next Monday 17th Nov inSt. Michael’s Pastoral Centre 7.30pm to 8.30pm. All are welcome. If you missed the other nights you are still welcome to attend.

Munster Youth Retreat:  A day’s retreat for young people (16-35), in collaboration with Youth 2000, will take place on Saturday 29th November in Mary Immaculate College Campus  Thurles 9.30am to 4.00pm.  This is a Donation event.   See poster on Church notice board.

Circle of Friends: Knit & Natter group Pop Up Shop in Costigan’s old chemist Main Street, Tipperary Town on Thursday 20th and Friday 21st Nov from 10.30am to 4pm. Please support.

The Gala Variety Concert: (postponed due to weather) has been rescheduled for Friday Nov 21st in the Marian Hall at 8pm. All proceeds to St. Vincents Day Care and Limerick Animal Welfare.

Week of Witness: (15 – 23 November) Aid to the Church in Need (ACN) is a Papal Charity that supports out Brothers and Sisters throughout the world who are persecuted for their faith.  ACN Ireland ‘Week of Witness’ takes place 15 -23 November with Red Wednesday falling on the 19th Nov.  This day we are asked to pray for the 220 million Christians who live in countries where they are directly exposed to persecution, while 413 million Christians live in countries where religious freedom is severely violated. Remembering those who are persecuted for their faith reminds us of how lucky we are.  info@acnireland.org
