ParishPastoral Team (PPT)

A new Parish Pastoral Team was established in May 2023. Its purpose is to discern the Pastoral needs of the parish and to involve as many as possible in the life of St. Michael’s Parish. The diocesan pastoral plan 2021 -2026 – Seeds of Hope – is central to our discerning process. The Pastoral Team gather every 4-6 weeks.

Finance Committee: There are 8 people on this committee who oversee the finances of the parish. They meet regularly and are responsible for the Annual Financial Report of St.Michael’s Parish.

Baptism Team

Members of the Baptism Team meet with parents of children before the celebration of Baptism.  Meetings take place the second Monday of every month in the Pastoral Centre, St. Michael’s Street at 7.30pm.  Baptisms are celebrated on the first and third weekend of each month – Saturday at 4.30pm and Sunday at 12.45pm in St. Michael’s Church.

Bereavement Group

This group organise a Memorial Mass 2-3 times a year for those who have been recently bereaved.

Parish Choir

St. Michael’s Parish Choir sing at the 11.30am Mass every Sunday.

New members are always welcome.
