Programme of Formation for Lay Pastoral Ministry & Leadership:
This is an exciting opportunity for people who are interested in getting involved in Pastoral Ministry in their parish or the Archdiocese.
“Lay people are, put simply, the vast majority of the people of God. There has been a growing awareness of the identity and mission of the laity in the church”. Pope Francis – Evangelii Gadium 102 The church of the future in Cashel and Emly will need lay people to take on roles of responsibility and leadership. This course is designed to prepare people for that.
Anyone interested in hearing more about this initiative should contact any of the priest in the parish or the Pastoral Office in Knockinrawley- 0861033763. Further details are on the Church Notice Board.
