The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary: on Monday 15th August – Holyday of Obligation.  Mass times: 8.30am; 11.00am & 12.30pm on Monday 15th.  No 7.00pm Vigil Mass this Sunday.

St. Pio Prayer GroupTipperary Town:are hosting a mass in honour of St. Pio  in St. Michael’s Church, Tipperary Town next Wednesday 17th August at 7.00pm.  Blessing with St. Pio Mitten will take place after mass.   All are welcome to attend.

Tipperary Town National Heritage Week: the 10.15am mass on Thursday 18th August in St. Michael’s Church, Tipperary Town will be celebrated for all deceased workers of Tipperary Glove Factories.

Offertory Contributions: A sincere thanks to all who contribute financially by using the Weekly Envelope or by placing a donation in the Collection Boxes at the back of the Church or online. The Offertory/Envelope Collection last W/E 7th  August was €2,695.

Tipperary Excel Heritage Centre: A short film by Mary Alice O’Connor will be premiered on Thursday 18th August at 7.30pm entitled    ‘Tipperary Glove Factories Remembered

Our Lady of Fatima National Pilgrimage: will take place on Sunday 28th August in Holycross Abbey.  Ceremonies begin at 2.30pm with recitation of the Rosary & followed by Stations of the Cross, Anointing of the Sick and Mass celebrated by Fr. Brendan Walsh at 4pm. All are welcome.

Diocesan Pilgrimage to Knock: Many thanks to all who made our pilgrimage to Knock last Sunday so successful, our first gathering without restriction since 2019. To parish organisers who ran buses to Knock, to the Diocesan choir for enhancing the liturgy, to those who participated in the various elements of the programme on the day and our chief celebrant of the pilgrimage Mass Archbishop Kieran, May Our Lady of Knock keep you all under her loving protection.
