Weekday Mass: there will be no 8.00am mass next Mon-Wed next week.  It will resume again on Thursday 30^th March.  Mass will be celebrated at 10.15am each morning.

Confirmation:  Congratulations to all who celebrated the Sacrament of Confirmation in our parish this weekend.  Thanks to the Principal and Staff  of each school for their work in preparing these young people for the celebration of the sacrament.  We hope that these young people will continue to be involved in our parish faith community.

Tipperary & District Flower & Garden Club: in St. Anne’s Secondary School on Monday 27^th March @ 7.30pm. Gardening night with Sanella Alley, Dundrum Garden Centre. All welcome and bring a friend.

Tipperary Active Retirement: bookings for the play in Cashel will be held in the Community Centre Tipp Town on Wed 5^th April from 11 to 12am. Total ticket price & bus €25. Committee meeting: Tuesday 4^th April. Members meeting: Friday 14^th April @ 2.30pm, Blind St entrance. All members attend & new members welcome.

C-Saw Tipperary Town: Free Coffee Morning every Monday from      10.30 – 12.30pm @ C.J. Kickham Brass & Reed Band Hall, Davis Street.

Gala Benefit Concert: in aid of The Excel Théâtre on 18^th May @ 8pm. Special guests, internationally acclaimed soprano, Franzita Whelan, who represented Ireland in the “BBC Cardiff Singer off the World”.   Also appearing is renowned Limerick contralto Sarah E. Murphy.  Concert will include leading members of T.M.S Recent Production “Hunchback & other local singers”. Booking opens on 25^th April @ The Excel, 062 80520.

Spring Day in Dalgan: with John Feehan on April 1^st @ the Conference Hall, Columban Ecological Institute, Dalgan, Navan, Co. Meath. The cost is €30 with lunch included. Speaking of heaven, Pope Benedict writes: “The departing Jesus does not make his way to some distant star.  Hence, he has not ‘gone away’, but now and forever, by God’s own power, he is present with us and for us.  His going away is in this sense a coming, a new form of closeness, of continuing presence”.
