Easter Clergy Collection: will be taken at all masses this weekend 8/9 April. This is the first of 4 collections this year and the target for Tipperary Parish is €103,000. Please use the special Clergy Collection envelope in your Collection Envelope pack. Envelopes also available in the church. Make cheques payable to St. Michael’s Church.
Trócaire: Please return your Trócaire contribution this week. If possible you are asked to change coins to notes. Cheques should be made payable to St. Michael’s Parish and not to Trócaire. Alternatively you can send your contribution directly to Trócaire.
Divine Mercy Sunday: next Sunday 16th April. Confessions will be available from 2.00pm. Divine Mercy Prayers and Mass will begin at 3.00pm. The Divine Mercy Novena Prayers will be recited after the 10.15am mass each morning next week.
Weekday Mass: No 8am mass next week 10 – 14 April. Mass at 10.15am

Tipperary Town Daffodil Day: Thanks to all who contributed & supported our Daffodil Day. The total amount raised was €16,760.
ALONE Support & Befriending Service: Would you be willing to provide companionship to an older person locally? Alone are seeking volunteers in your area. Full training & support provided. Circle of Friends: Big Breakfast Morning on Friday 14th April from 11am – 1pm. Your support would be gratefully appreciated. All are welcome.
Tipperary Sports Partnership: is facilitating a circuit training programme for older adults. It is a light circuit training programme in a fun & friendly environment. It is an opportunity to meet new people or to bring friends along to exercise in a social setting. The instructor led sessions will commence Thurs 13th April @ 12:30pm for 8 weeks in Canon Hayes Recreation Centre: 12:30 – 1:30pm TSP office: 052 6166201.
Gala Benefit Concert: in aid of The Excel Théâtre on 18th May @ 8pm. Special guests, internationally acclaimed soprano, Franzita Whelan, who represented Ireland in the “BBC Cardiff Singer off the World” and also appearing, is renowned Limerick contralto Sarah E. Murphy. Concert will include leading members of T.M.S Recent Production “Hunchback & other local singers”. Booking opens on 25th April @ The Excel, 062 80520.
Congratulations to all who helped to make Holy Week special in St. Michael’s. It is a very special time of year for all Christians and a reminder of what living the Christian Way of Life is all about, and where our inspiration comes from – The Risen Jesus. Thanks to all who prepared our church, participated in the liturgies each day and by your presence made a difference.
