Covid 19: Even churches are back to full capacity for mass we are asked to be careful because of the rise in Covid 19 numbers in recent weeks. In church you are asked to:
- Wear a Mask
- Sanitise your hands on entering and leaving
- Not to stand in numbers at back of church but take a seat.
Month of the Holy Souls: Envelopes are available at back of the church to include your departed loved ones in the masses during the month. These can be placed in the boxes in the church. Candles are available to include on the November Cross. Mass celebrated every Wed in November at 7.00pm.
Annual Remembrance Mass: St. Michael’s Bereavement Support Group invite parishioners to the Annual Remembrance Mass in St. Michael’s Church on Wed 10th Nov at 7.00pm. All are welcome. Those who have died in our parish in the past two years will be remembered especially on the night.
Deceased Members of the Retired Teachers Association: Annual Mass in St. Michael’s Church Tipperary on Tuesday 9th Nov at 10.15am.
Church Candles: Unfortunately, we have to increase the price of some of our Shrine Candles due to the imposition of VAT. The 25c candles will now cost 30c from next week.
Rosary: will be recited in the parish cemeteries on Sundays in November at 3.30pm – New Church Graveyard, Greenane. St. Michael’s Cemetery and St. John’s Famine Graveyard.
Trócaire Special Appeal Collection: A special collection will be taken at masses this weekend to help the millions who are suffering hunger and sickness in Sudan and Ethhopia at present Donations can be left in the Trocaire Box at back of the church.
Mission Sunday Collection: Thanks to all who contributed a further €1,245 bringing the total to €3,820 so far.
Newsletter: You are asked to take the newsletter home and not leave it in the church after you have used it.
Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament: Every Wed 3.00pm-6.00pm.

Scripture Course: Exploring the Acts of the Apostles with Sr. Therese Fitzgerald. This online course will be for six nights beginning the 8th Nov. The first and last night will be in person. Details on poster in church porch.
Diocesan Pastoral Plan – Seeds of Hope: All are invited to an information evening on the Five Year Pastoral plan in the Marian Hall on Thursday 18th Nov at 7.30pm. “We have now come to a moment when we, as a community of believers, step into the future together. Each of us is invited to dream and to plant seeds now that will bear fruit over time as the Holy Spirit leads and directs our journey ahead.” (Archbishop Kieran O’Reilly)
Mum & Baby Exercise Programme: Tipperary Town Community Sports Hub and the Canon Hayes Recreation Centre are delighted to announce a Mother and Baby Exercise Programme. All fitness levels welcome.
