Rosary for the Dead: The rosary will be recited every morning in St. Michael’s Church for the Faithful Departed during the month of November at 9.45am. On Sunday at 10.30am. This is only available on Parish Webcam.
Return to Public Masses: We still don’t know when we will be allowed to celebrate mass in public after Dec 1st. We will need to be ready to resume public mass within the guidelines that will be in place to keep us all safe. We have had great volunteers already involved in stewarding but we will need many more to help ease the load especially in the run up to Christmas. We would really appreciate your help in this. Give names to any of Priests or at parish office. 062 52727
Advent: We begin the season of Advent next Sunday. This is a short but very special season in the life of the Church. It is an opportunity to prepare spiritually for the celebration of Christmas but it also reminds us to look forward to the time when Christ will come again at the end of time. During this week, think about what you can do to prepare to celebrate Christmas this year and make it a time of renewal in living a life of faith. Advent is a time of ‘waiting, conversion and hope . Something to think about during this week. Despite the restrictions of Covid we can still celebrate Emmanuel – God is with us. But we need to PREPARE.
