Fourth Sunday of Lent > B Laetare Sunday 14 March 2021

Reflection: Laetare means ‘rejoice’ and this Sunday is to be filled with Joy even though we are in the middle of a Penitential season. While the shadow of the Cross looms large, we look forward with hope to Easter, when light will conquer darkness. The struggle of Lent leads to the joy of Easter – when death and sin are overcome forever in Jesus Christ.
